近年来主持参与国家、省部级各类科研项目30余项,在《Nature Communications》《New Phytologist》《Journal of Hazardous Materials》《Environmental Micorobiology》《Plant Growth Regulation》 《Frontier in Plant Science》《Microbiological Research》《Journal of Plant Physiology》 《Molecular Biology Reports》《Journal Integrative of Plant Biology》等刊物上发表论文120余篇(其中SCI论文66篇),获授权国家发明专利30余件,获江苏省科学技术奖二等奖1项、梁希林业科学技术奖二等奖1项,制定省级地方标准3项。
